I am a resident of Egypt and recently subscribed to Netflix' Basic Streaming Plan for USD7.99/month.

I paid using a Visa Internet Prepaid Card. You can get this card from most of Egypt's banks for more or less 3 dollars. I paid 50 Egyptian pounds for my visa card, renewable yearly.

There are three (3) Netflix streaming plan you can choose from when subscribing:

1. Basic Plan
2. Standard HD
3. Premium Ultra HD

The Netflix basic streaming plan will cost you USD8.99/month or 120 Egyptian pounds/month You can watch on one (1) screen at a time in standard definition. You can download videos on 1 phone or tablet.

The Netflix standard HD streaming plan will cost you USD12.99/month or 165 Egyptian pounds. You can watch on two (2) screens at a time. HD is available. You can download videos on two (2) phones or tablets.

The Netflix premium Ultra HD streaming plan will cost you USD15.99/month or 200 Egyptian pounds. HD and Ultra HD are available. You can download videos on four (4) phones or tablets.

All the above plans offer unlimited TV shows and movies, on as many devices as you want. (HD) and Ultra High Definition (Ultra HD) availability is subject to your Internet service and device capabilities. Not all contents are available in HD or Ultra HD.

As of this writing, Netflix in Egypt offers a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period unless you cancel your subscription before the 30 day period.

You will be required to enter your credit card or debit card. Your card will be charged for the amount of your subscription but do not worry, this will be returned to your account a few days later. The purpose of this is just to test if the card you provided is working.
